Here's a quick reminder for today: You don’t need to feel ready to begin.
You don’t need the perfect routine. You don’t need to wait for a Monday. You don’t need to feel 100% motivated... in fact being 100% motivated is extremely rare, but action creates action and the more you get yourself going, moving, and making the best decisions for yourself consistently; the more motivated you will feel.
You just need to start.
Because here’s the truth: momentum comes after the first step, not before. Waiting for the "right time" usually keeps us stuck. But choosing to begin, even when it’s imperfect, builds self-trust.
Every small act of movement is a movement towards the you that you want to be...for the person that you want to become. Whether it's 10 minutes of movement or 2, it counts. Whether it's a full day of good choices or just 80% of your day... it's a step forward.
You are not behind. You are not failing. You are learning to show up.

The free 50 STRONG challenge has started and is already building momentum in the Facebook group, with challengers posting daily with their wins, their challenges, what they are reading and what movement they are doing... even when they're not that motivated to do it.
You are welcome to join the group, even if you aren't ready to take on the challenge in full, we have some ladies lurking and watching in the back ground, we have some ladies fully going for it and everything in between. The challenge is to complete the 7 Steps to Success every day for 50 days, although the steps are simple, they may challenge you temporarily, but in the long run they will help you find more movement, better health and find yourself the gift of time - now that is something it feels many of us are short of. You are encouraged to plan and prep where you can, wake up 30-mins early, remove toxic food from your diet for better brain clarity and daily movement to keep us mobile into our old age.
